Ellen DeGeneres appears happy and relaxed as she spends hours shopping for upscale garden furniture in Montecito
Her long-running talk show will be ending next year after 18 years on the air.
But Ellen DeGeneres had home on the mind on Wednesday, when she was seen furniture shopping at an upscale garden supply store in Montecito, California.
The comedian, 63, spent around two hours making furniture orders alongside a friend, smiling as she leaned on the counter inside the shop.

The former sitcom star wore a pale blue T-shirt and striped board shorts.
She also sported gold-rimmed sunglasses and blue Nike sneakers.
As she left, DeGeneres carried an old wooden box and a large book on English sculptor Henry Moore before getting into her limited edition Porsche 911 Targa.

In May, the daytime star’s fans learned her syndicated daytime program The Ellen DeGeneres Show will end in 2022.
The Kelly Clarkson Show is slated to take over the coveted NBC time slot.
Recently, former daytime queen Rosie O’Donnell commented on the controversy surrounding the end of show, after Ellen became dogged with rumors of mean behavior last year.

In June, Rosie spoke out about Ellen’s show concluding after 19 seasons, and suggested that the end of the talk show was ‘complicated’ amid claims that the comedienne had allowed a toxic workplace to develop.
The 59-year-old actress and former talk show host opined on Sirius XM’s The Jess Cagle Show that Ellen’s departure was likely about more than the recent controversy.
The A League Of Their Own star also recounted how she was labeled the ‘Queen of Nice’ while hosting The Rosie O’Donnell Show in the 90s, and how she came to be mocked for the title.

‘You know, I said the day it came out, “Look at this, the Queen of Nice. And [in] a couple of years, it’s going to be the Queen of Lice, the Queen of Fried Rice, you know, the Queen of We Don’t Like Her Anymore,”‘ she remarked to Cagle.
‘It’s a huge kind of strange thing to be on a show like that, and have all that attention on you,’ Rosie also said. ‘And she had it for like 19 years. So, you know, it’s a tough thing.’
O’Donnell hosted her hugely popular daytime talkshow, which was similar in tone and format to Ellen’s program, from 1996 to 2002.
